IF THERE IS NO USER IN THE VIRTUAL CLASS, DO I NEED TO PROVIDE THE COURSE?

If the course has been purchased by at least one User, the course must be provided even if there are no Users in the virtual classroom.

Users who have purchased the course can review the registration of the course in the appropriate section.
